# Laboratory

Farmers can enhance their operations by performing upgrades in the **Lab**, which allow for expansion of the Coop, increased egg-laying rates, and higher egg prices in the market. There is a broad array of upgrades available, including those that require Cash and others that need Gems. Each upgrade has its own level scaling and can significantly impact your farm’s growth. So, while diligent effort is key, it's also important to be strategic and make informed choices to optimize your farm’s development!
